With the economy impacting all of us at over the past year CEO Andy Robbins felt like moral of the management team needed a boost so we planned a company retreat near the beach. Little River SC just north of Myrtle Beach, specifically. It was a time to get away from work.
In a group setting, Andy asked everyone to take their time and share, share what each person does at A&K Painting and to tell us about their life, family and about themselves. The sharing became very emotional and had great impact on the group. We learned a lot about each other, what makes each of us who we are and how it impacts everything we do. The time spent was a blessing.
