Today’s Pink Power Lunch was a Team Leaders and Pace Setters fundraising meeting for the American Cancer Society’s (ACS) 2014 ‘Making Strides Against Breast Cancer’ Walks and Events. A&K’s Director of Repaint Division, Amanda Hibberts, is one of the Team Leaders.
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer (MSABC) is the largest network of breast cancer awareness events in the nation, unites more than 300 communities to finish the fight. Every breast cancer walk and event is an incredible and inspiring opportunity to honor those who have battled breast cancer. The walks and evvents raise awareness about what can be done to reduce breast cancer risk, and raise money to help the American Cancer Society fight the disease with research, information, services, and access to mammograms for women who need them. Making Strides of Charlotte, a 5K Walk, takes place Saturday, October 18th at the NASCAR Hall of Fame. We invite you to learn more and get involved.
